Stevenage Start of Summertime Specials - Distance Alteration

Due to the need to move the location of the Great Hormead control, the short version of the Stevenage Start of Summertime Specials ride has had to be reclassified to a 60KM event. Anyone taking part in the CTC Tourist Competition or riding the event for Audax points will not notice any change to what they are awarded.

Paper Entries - Correct Postage Please

Just a reminder please that anyone entering any of our Audax events using paper entry forms ensure that they have included correct postage for their entry.

This often means 69p for second class (or a 2nd class large letter stamp) or 90p for first class (or a 1st class large letter stamp).

Underpaid postage drastically increases the cost of running the events.

Emitremmus 2013 final posting done

All of the final envelope stuffing was done last night.

They will be posted in the Vicky Pendleton Gold post box!

Should you receive a brevet card that does not belong to you please return it to Jim Brown (mistakes do happen when processing over 300 cards and envelopes).

Many thanks to all who helped in anyway with the event. It cannot happen without loads of helpers. For example with 8 people it took 2 hours to stuff the envelopes!
