Our Saturday Starter rides are the easiest rides we run and are there as introductory rides to new riders and for those who prefer a more casual feel to riding. We make sure to keep a steady pace that everyone is happy with so no one gets left behind.
All of our Saturday Starter rides start from Costello's Cafe in Fairland Valley Park unless stated otherwise on the rides list and will leave at 2pm during the summer and 1pm in the winter to take advantage of the extra sunlight. If you are planning to ride with us please make sure you are there on time or you will miss the group setting off.

Our road rides are suitable for most riders and will cover up to 17 miles on roads, lanes and cycle tracks with the ocassional ride using the greenway in Letchworth. Most bikes will cope fine on the roads we use however those with skinny tyres may struggle on rougher lanes and the greenway.
We aim to be out for about 3 hours including a stop at a local cafe or garden centre and therefore should be back at Costello's Cafe for around 4pm in the winter and 5pm in the summer.
We currently don't have any saturday starter off-road rides planned for the current rides list. If anyone is interested in leading or helping organise some off-road saturday rides please get in touch with Tina at "firstname.lastname@example.org".
